Why should I get website updates for my old site?

The Site Update Sevrice Team is trained and equiped to do web site updates done. We are a 5-man team, each experienced in working on a deadline to turn out results that adhere to international standards. We’re convenient, quick and economical.

Why should I hire you to do my updates?

Our company specializes in web-based services and enhancements. We have a staff of experienced people who are committed to excellence in work.

What services do you specialize in?

Site Update Service specializes in both technical and non-technical aspects of website update and maintenance.

Non-technical involves: content research and writing, link building and directory submissions.

Technical involves: computer graphics, web develoment and web programming.

What would it cost me?

Our basic Starter Package costs $45 for 3-hours website work. For added SEO and SEM to the basic servcies, we have the Standard Package which costs $100 for 8-hours of updates and search engine optimization. With our Max pakcage you get the basic, search engine marketing and link building.

Will I have a hand in the improvements done on my site?

We believe keeping the margin of error at the minimum, if not non existent. One way to do that is to get things done with the approval and permission of all clients (YOU). As soon as we assess you website we send you a proposal outline detailing the services which you have preferred and the time we’d use on those changes or updates.

We do believe your website must reflect the client’s vision (for the company), products and services.

Will I have a look at how the project is coming along?

Yes. We provide you with the reports on your website’s updating process and Google Webmaster Tools (which we set-up for Free). Project report preference is saught before or on the early stages of the project.

Could I upgrade my service from an existing service contract?

There are no upgrades on packages. Customers subscribe according to their need. If a customer needs additional services not included in subscribed package, it is an additional charge for a higher package where the preferred update is included.

Would it be easy for me to pick-up where you left off in updating my site specially when my budget is tight?

As part of our additional client care service, we can inctruct you on how to update your content or even upload random pictures your self.

How can I check on the progress of the service to my site?

When all is satisfactory and the service is underway, you can request an update from our Customer Service.

Who do I contact when I want some changes done to my site?

Do you customize packages according to the requirements of my company?

Website customizing is a service we extend to every client , with fast and careful planning your site and its updates will be carried out with your approval…Check out our on-line checklist.

What if the updates on my site will take more than the required hours of the package I’ve subscribed to?

We charge an extra $10 per hour that exceeds the hour(s) of service subscribed to. Excess in hours that is defined as: last minute changes the client enlists because of change in preference. To prevent this problem, we encourage clients to read, list preferences and note them on the project outline submitted to them by the Project Manager for approval.

Hour(s) that exceed services subscribed to are due to power outage, communication break-down and technical difficulties are however NOT charged to the Client.

Will you make a backup of my website?

Back up files are part of the extra client service we provide. Backing up files is important specially if we have done changes to your original website. These files are important for documentation purposes too. We give you the files as your bill is settled.

Can you redesign my website?

Re-doing your website is possible when you SIGN-UP for our Max Package, we have more time to do the change you want and more.

We discourage getting a Starter or Standard package for a website overhaul, for total website change more time is needed for the best results.

What if I have a small amount of updates to be done on my website, can I still hire Site Update Service?

On the onset, Site Update Service has revolved around the idea of making web updating a fast transaction between the website owner and the update service team. Our idea is provide the convenience of having Site Update Service upload your pictures, update your texts and edit website content. You can also have some images or graphics re-created or edited to fit your requirements. Bottom line your website is updated in content and design in just an hour by a team of experts. As part of our short-term services, we optimize your website user interface and navigation plus the optimization of your website for search engines. We believe in aiding a website in realizing its potent.

Updates and Services

How long will the updates take?

Short-term updates on website will last but not exceed 1 month. A month is the maximum time we could spend on short-term website updates. For tasks that are not under our short-term services, changes and updates can take longer all dependent on the agreed time stated in the project proposal.

How are my updates scheduled?

All client tasks for Site Update Service are scheduled intermittently in a week. Before we start the updates on your site, we make sure that you receive and agree to. The subscribed update can be accomplished within a month depending on the package update.

How do I keep track of what’s done to my website?

Projects reports are available to all clients. Just include your report update preference in your sign up comments space.

Do the revisions for my updates get charged against my time?

Please refer to your project proposal for the time allotment for the task you want revised. Updates and maintenance revisions and minor edits not exceeding 30 minutes is not charged against your total package time. For revisions that exceed an 58 minutes, you get charged our hourly rate (which is dependent on your package rate).

Can I change my websites project proposal?

We understand that priorities or preferences may change just before the start of the project or in the first few stages. Request for project proposal change and estimation will automatically freeze all activities on the current proposal, time spent on the project before the change is charged against your time. Resumption of work on the project will be after the new project proposal you’ve requested is agreed upon. Since all packages are pre-paid, we may suggest that the new project proposal be within the time limits of the existing time left.

Can I add to my website project proposal?

Additions to project proposals mean adding extra time to your project. Payment for the additional time is expected before the additional tasks are to be done.

Can I pick out a layout from your gallery but add changes to the design?

Yes, we personalize for both Endeavor and Atlantis subscribers only.

Can you customize my website?

We can customize websites to specifications within our capabilities. For customization involving the use of applications and software, client must provide the said materials.

Would you charge extra customized (original) layout design?

We can customize a websites for shopping cart sites.
Design customization is available for Endeavor and Atlantis GWW packages.
All customizations would require additional time to finish the site.

What do you charge for button customization?

An additional fee is charged for button customizations. Mock-up button designs in .JPEG for your to choose from.

How many design revisions am I allowed?

Limits to design revisions depend on the packages you subscribe to. Please refer to your project proposal.

Do I get a copy of the designs I didn’t choose?
You will be given a copy of only the design you choose.

What are the days that our services are not available?

Our services are not available during Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays. Below is the list of legal holidays of the year.
